Privacy Policy
The privacy of the User is important to the Company. This is the Privacy Policy of the Company and/or the Service, and the User is requested to read this Policy prior to making any use of the Website and/or performing any interaction with the Company.
1. By using the Service, the User undertakes that the User has read and accepted this Privacy Policy and agrees that the Company may make use of the User’s personal information (information about an individual) that comes into its possession in connection with the Service, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The User is not legally required to provide such information; however, if the User does not provide it, the User will not be able to enjoy certain capabilities of the Service. If the User does not agree to all of the terms set forth below, the User is requested not to make any use of the Service.
2. If the User makes use of the Service on behalf of an organization, the User declares and undertakes that the User holds all rights and authorizations required to enter into this Privacy Policy on behalf of such organization.

Technical Information and Communication Traffic

The Company uses log files that collect information such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser information, devices, cookies, Internet Service Providers (ISP), communication data, usage patterns of the Service and its various features, referring pages/exit pages, platform types, date/time stamps, and the number and location of clicks on a page. Cookies
8. Cookies are small data files stored on the User’s device and associated with such data. Cookies are not harmful to the User’s device and cannot, in and of themselves, be used to identify the User. The Company uses session cookies whose operation ends upon closing the browser, as well as persistent cookies that are stored on the User’s device. Persistent cookies are not deleted when the browser is closed; such cookies store network traffic details and Service usage by the User. Cookies are used for the purpose of improving the Service and for collecting the information detailed in this Policy. Generally, browsers or devices automatically accept cookies; however, in some devices and browsers there is an option to block the use of cookies. If the User prefers this and the User’s browser or device supports such option, the User may adjust the browser or device settings to block cookies in the future. 9. The uses that the Company may make of the Information include, inter alia, the following purposes:

10. For the convenience of the Users, the Company may provide, within the Service, content and links to services of third parties. Sharing and Transfer of the Information

a) Where the transfer of the Information is required for the provision of the Service, including the transfer of the Information to third parties holding rights in the Musical Segments for the purpose of granting a license.
b) Where such sharing is required for the provision, maintenance and improvement of the Service;
c) Where the User has given consent thereto;
d) for the purpose of complying with any legal requirement or preventing fraud or damage, or in order to enforce agreements and/or their terms, including the investigation of potential violations;
e) In the event of a sale and/or merger in which control of the Company and/or the majority of its assets is transferred to any third party, whether foreign or local, public or private; and/or
f) Processing of the Information by a third party.
12. The server on which the Service and/or Website is hosted and/or processed may be located outside of Israel. The User acknowledges and agrees that some of the uses and disclosures of the Information, as detailed in this Privacy Policy, may involve the transfer of the Information to various countries around the world, which may have different levels of privacy protection.
Information Security and Retention
13. The Company takes reasonable measures, as customary in the industry, to assist in protecting personally identifiable Information provided by the User. However, it should be taken into account that no means and/or service is completely secure, particularly when activity is conducted online. 14. The Company retains the Information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with any legal or ethical reporting requirement or document retention requirement.
Access to and Correction of Personally Identifiable Information
15. The User may request access to or correction of personally identifiable Information collected about the User. A request for correction of Information will be implemented only with respect to Information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated. 16. The Company may refuse requests that are repetitive or systematically submitted, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or are not feasible.
Enforcement
17. The Company regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. The User is encouraged to contact the Company at doronmed@gmail.com with any questions regarding this Privacy Policy or the Company’s handling of the Information. When the Company receives formal written complaints, it is the Company’s policy to contact the complaining User. The Company will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, in order to resolve any complaint regarding the transfer of Information that the Company cannot resolve independently.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
18. The Company may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The Company will notify the User of any material change to this Privacy Policy by email or by publishing a notice within the Service. It is recommended to review the Privacy Policy periodically in order to obtain information regarding how the Company protects the Information.
Conslidated Miscellaneous – Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
1. In the event of any contradiction between these Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy, and any information provided by the Company’s customer service or information appearing elsewhere, including on the Website, these Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policymrespectively, shall prevail.
2. If it is determined that any of these provisions are invalid, void, unenforceable or unlawful, such determination shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy, respectively, which shall remain in full force and effect.
3. The Company reserves the right to add, amend, delete or replace, at any time, the provisions of the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy at its sole discretion, without obtaining the User’s consent and without prior notice of such changes. The binding versions of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy shall be those appearing from time to time on the Website. It is the User’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes, if any, to this document. Continued use of the Website following such change shall constitute evidence of the User’s acceptance of such changes. The User is advised to review the provisions of this document upon each renewed entry to the Service in order to review any changes made (if any). 4. The Company shall be entitled to assign its rights and obligations toward the User under these Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy to any third party at any time, and the User agrees to cooperate with the Company in any such assignment or transfer.
